What is the Family Home Agency?
There are many adults with developmental disabilities living throughout the San Diego, Orange and Inland Empire Counties. These individuals are looking for living situations to help them become more independent, enhance their self-esteem, attain life skills and build stable relationships. They want a family environment and that's why we're here!

We connect open-hearted people and adults with developmental disabilities to create a happy and loving family environment. We understand a family environment is vital to the well-being and growth of our clients and we partner with people who have the right combination of heart, compassion and purpose to become a residential Family Home Provider (FHP). Through our thoughtful matching process, we are dedicated to ensuring that all family members, providers, and adults with developmental disabilities, are happy with the match.

Family Home Providers (FHP)s:
Being a Family Home Provider is a wonderful, life-changing experience. Not only are you welcoming someone into your home, but you are also giving someone an opportunity to make a connection with each member of your family.

As a Family Home Provider, you will receive comprehensive initial training and continued training on a quarterly basis. You will also have a Family Coordinator assigned to your home, to provide you with 24/7 support and resources. Our Family Coordinators are dedicated and vibrant individuals who are passionate about working with clients and families.
